General terms and conditions:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee in case of problems with the locked features of our application (server down for 3 consecutive days or more subject to proof).
If there are problems with your streams, your ISP, your internet subscription, we do not offer any refund.
We do not issue refunds if you have changed your mind about using our software (if you buy after having a test, no refund). If you are unable to cooperate with us to resolve issues or answer questions you have about the operation of the module, we may not be able to issue a refund. Refund method:
